Expect your orders to arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on the location of the delivery. Our plants and pots may travel separately, you’ll receive individual tracking details if that occurs.

How do you ship your plants?

Our plants are meticulously packaged to preserve their integrity during transit. We utilize custom-designed packaging that cradles each plant, ensuring it arrives as if it were hand-delivered from our garden to your home.

How much will shipping cost?

We charge a flat $8.95 shipping fee per order for both plants and pots. While they may ship separately, it’s still just $8.95 to get everything delivered.

Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska?

We only ship to the 48 continental United States.

Do you ship plants during winter?

We ship year-round, regardless of the season. However, if any part of your plant's journey is expected to experience temperatures below 50 degrees, we recommend adding a heat packet to your order to ensure your plant stays warm and safe during transit. From our hands to yours, every step is carefully handled to ensure your plant arrives in pristine condition, ready to thrive in its new home.

How can I return my order?

Plants are final sale, unless they do not meet your expectations regarding their health and condition upon arrival. If this is the case, please email us at customerservice@plantandpaper.co with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

For all pots and plant care essentials, please email us at customerservice@plantandpaper.co with your order number and the reason for your return.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an item that is incorrect or not what you ordered, please email us at customerservice@plantandpaper.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item you received. We will promptly work to correct the mistake by sending the correct product or issuing a refund as necessary.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We stand behind our Plant Guarantee. Every plant we send is promised to arrive in good condition, snow, rain or shine, or we'll send you a new plant. Before shipping, we ensure each plant is healthy and carefully packed. However, if your plant does not flourish within the first 30 days, or if it is damaged during shipping, simply share a picture with us, and we will work with you to make it right.

If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to make it right. Please email us at customerservice@plantandpaper.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the faulty item. Once verified, we’ll arrange for an exchange or provide a suitable resolution.
